CNI International Seaport
The port is being registered as an international (special) seaport to facilitate the reception of specialized jumbo vessels at the wharf for the direct delivery of our fabricated items.
It is equipped with hydraulic trailers, Self-Propelled Modular Transporters (SPMT), and cranes for efficient loading and unloading operations.

Accessing Way: 2,000 m2 (L100 x W20 m)

Oversized/ Overweight Workshop
With these investments, CNI is equipped to manufacture the following:
• Reaction towers of various sizes for the oil and gas, as well as the chemical industries.
• Boilers, steam drums, and components for Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSG) utilized in thermal power plants.
• Large-scale steel structures, including monopiles, tripods for offshore wind turbines, and steel sections for bridge construction.

Indoor Fabrication Area: 35,000 m2
• 3 main workshops. Each workshop is divided into 2 assembly & welding lines.
• 1 blasting and painting booth (30 x 160 m).
• 1 stainless steel fabrication workshop (30 x 160 m).
• 2 overhead cranes (200 Mt/ ea) over each main workshop.
• 3 semi-gantry cranes (30 Mt/ ea) over each main workshop.
• 4 SPMT modules. 6 axles x 70 Mt/ ea
Open Yard: 15,000 m2 (L100 x W150 m)
• Heavy piling to reach bearing load 15 Mt/ m2.
• 2 crawler cranes, cap. 1,250 Mt/ ea, operating in tandem within the open yard area and on the wharf platform. This setup facilitates the lifting of items up to 1,500 Mt.
