Scope

The Quality Assurance and Control system is implemented and strictly enforced at all of CNI’s operating locations, including the headquarters, factories, and sites.

Quality Manual

The Quality Management Manual (approved by ISO 9001) and Quality Control Manual (approved by ASME) govern all CNI’s production activities from design to final commissioning, regardless of whether items are coded or code intent.

QC Inspector

Our quality control inspectors are responsible for thoroughly checking, supervising, and approving all stages of production. They report directly to the Quality Control Manager, who has the authority to halt production if any nonconformities to the code or client’s requirements are identified.

Testing

We engage certified NDE subcontractors and metallurgical laboratories to conduct non-destructive examinations (NDE). All NDE equipment used for measurement and testing is maintained and calibrated according to the ASME-approved Quality Control Manual. Additionally, all NDE procedures are submitted to the Authorized Inspector for review.

Third Party

We collaborate with internationally reputable third-party organizations that oversee and supervise our production processes, from inspecting inlet materials to completion. This adherence is ensured through meticulous compliance with Traveller, ITP, and QC forms, all in strict accordance with the ASME code.
