The Maxihub Lubricant Blending Plant, boasting an annual production capacity of 32,000 KL, was established based on thorough market research of the Vietnamese lubricant industry, encompassing factors such as raw material pricing, production costs, and projected blending volumes, all meticulously provided by CPC Corporation, Taiwan. Following a meticulously crafted blueprint in line with CPC Corporation’s characteristic design and planning standards, the plant operates seamlessly to meet industry demands. Lubricants, being technology-driven commodities, place significant emphasis on sales and post-sales services, particularly in oil quality analysis. This is especially crucial for large industrial consumers contemplating product transitions. Without comprehensive oil quality analysis services, customer approval becomes elusive, posing a significant barrier for globally recognized lubricant brands aspiring to capture new markets. Hence, our blending facility boasts a state-of-the-art laboratory equipped with 37 cutting-edge testing instruments. Beyond production control purposes, this laboratory also facilitates sales services across Vietnam and the broader Southeast Asian region.

CNI has established itself as a trusted contractor for the fabrication and installation of non-pressure storage tanks built in accordance with the API standards. These tanks serve a variety of purposes, including storing oil, water, and chemicals. Leveraging our expertise and experience, we employ various construction methods to ensure efficient project delivery as well as optimal performance and durability. A non-pressure storage tank is a type of container designed to store liquids or granular materials at atmospheric pressure, without the need for pressurization. The tanks provided by CNI are commonly used across various industries, including oil and gas, chemical manufacturing, water treatment, and agriculture, to store materials such as crude oil, water, chemicals, and fertilizers. The design and construction of our non-pressure storage tanks must adhere to industry standards and regulations to ensure structural integrity, safety, and environmental compliance. They are essential components of storage and distribution systems, offering efficient and cost-effective solutions for handling bulk materials in industrial settings.
CNI provides process vessels tailored to accommodate a diverse array of design parameters, i.e. pressure, temperature, and fluid state variations, including gaseous, liquid, and multiphase (both corrosive and hazardous fluid). This comprehensive range ensures compatibility with various process plants. The process vessels, integral to industries such as petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and chemical manufacturing,…, are used in various industrial processes to hold, mix, or react with substances under specific conditions such as pressure, temperature, and chemical environment. Designed to meet precise specifications, process vessels come in different configurations, including reactors, columns, storage tanks, and distillation units. Our process vessels are constructed from materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, or exotic alloys, depending on the application requirements and the nature of the substances they handle. The process vessels then undergo rigorous testing, inspection, and certification to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
A suction heater, commonly used in industrial settings, is a type of heat exchanger designed to heat fluids such as crude oil, fuel oil, or water by utilizing steam or hot water as the heating medium. This equipment is particularly prevalent in oil refineries, petrochemical plants, and various industrial processes where maintaining fluid temperatures is crucial for optimal performance. Suction heaters are typically installed inline within the piping system and are adept at rapidly heating large volumes of fluid to specific temperatures as required by the process. They play a vital role in ensuring efficient operations, reducing viscosity, and preventing the solidification of fluids during transportation or processing.
