Project
The Maxihub Lubricant Blending Plant, boasting an annual production capacity of 32,000 KL, was established based on thorough market research of the Vietnamese lubricant industry, encompassing factors such as raw material pricing, production costs, and projected blending volumes, all meticulously provided by CPC Corporation, Taiwan. Following a meticulously crafted blueprint in line with CPC Corporation’s characteristic design and planning standards, the plant operates seamlessly to meet industry demands. Lubricants, being technology-driven commodities, place significant emphasis on sales and post-sales services, particularly in oil quality analysis. This is especially crucial for large industrial consumers contemplating product transitions. Without comprehensive oil quality analysis services, customer approval becomes elusive, posing a significant barrier for globally recognized lubricant brands aspiring to capture new markets. Hence, our blending facility boasts a state-of-the-art laboratory equipped with 37 cutting-edge testing instruments. Beyond production control purposes, this laboratory also facilitates sales services across Vietnam and the broader Southeast Asian region.
PROCESS VESSEL
Item | Heat Transfer Vessels
Heat Transfer Vessels, broadly known as heat exchangers, are essential devices designed to efficiently transfer thermal energy between two or more fluids without direct physical contact. Their primary function is to precisely heat, cool, condense, or evaporate process streams, playing a vital role in optimizing energy efficiency, recovering waste heat, and maintaining desired process temperatures. These indispensable components are fundamental across nearly all industrial sectors, including power generation, oil & gas, HVAC, chemical manufacturing, food & beverage, and pharmaceutical industries.
Heat Exchangers represent the foundational category of equipment specifically engineered to facilitate the transfer of thermal energy between process fluids. Their primary function encompasses a wide range of applications, including heating, cooling, condensing vapors, or evaporating liquids, all crucial for managing process temperatures, recovering energy, and maintaining operational stability. These versatile devices are universally employed in power plants, petroleum refineries, chemical processing facilities, and climate control systems, forming the backbone of thermal management.
STORAGE TANK
Item | Atmospheric or Low-Pressure Tank
Atmospheric or Low-Pressure Tanks are fundamental process vessels designed to safely store liquids, gases, or solids at pressures typically at or slightly above ambient conditions. Their primary function is to provide essential bulk storage capacity for raw materials, intermediate products, or finished goods, ensuring a continuous supply chain and operational flexibility. These versatile storage solutions are indispensable across a vast array of sectors, including oil & gas, petrochemicals, water treatment, chemical manufacturing, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, and agriculture, making them a cornerstone of modern industrial infrastructure.
Above-Ground Storage Tanks are common process vessels erected on the ground surface, providing easily accessible and visible bulk storage. Their primary function is the versatile containment of various liquids, including water, chemicals, petroleum products, and wastewater, allowing for straightforward inspection, maintenance, and modification. These widely adopted storage solutions are found across nearly all industrial sectors, including water treatment plants, power generation facilities, chemical manufacturing, oil & gas terminals, and agricultural operations.
