CNI’s integrated skids are fully integrated with end-to-end solutions. This ensures complying 100% with client process design. The skid can be customized and optimized to cater to clients’ aseptic process fluid handling applications. They are ideal for medium to high capacities. The integrated skid, also known as a skid-mounted package or module, is a prefabricated and pre-assembled unit designed to streamline the installation, operation, and maintenance of various equipment and systems in industrial settings. These skids typically consist of interconnected components, including pumps, valves, instruments, control systems, and piping, mounted on a sturdy steel frame or platform. They are commonly used in industries such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, power generation, and water treatment. These integrated skids offer numerous advantages, including reduced installation time and cost, improved system reliability, enhanced safety features, and simplified maintenance. At CNI, they are engineered to meet stringent standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring efficient and compliant operation across diverse industrial environments.
An LPG/Air Mixing System is a specialized equipment used in various industrial settings, particularly in facilities that require precise control over the composition of gas mixtures. This system combines liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) with air in specific proportions to create a controlled mixture suitable for various applications such as combustion, heating, or chemical processing. The mixing process is carefully regulated to ensure optimal efficiency and safety, with features like flow meters, pressure regulators, and safety valves incorporated into the system design. LPG/Air Mixing Systems are commonly utilized in applications such as industrial furnaces, boilers, and power generation plants.
Known for designing and manufacturing Viet Nam’s first spherical tanks, CNI is still the only one in Viet Nam able to fabricate spherical tank shells in the workshop. We have secured our country’s first position with a 70% market share for spherical tanks ever constructed in Viet Nam. A pressure vessel/ pressure tank, an essential component across various industries, serves as a container engineered to contain gases or liquids under high pressure and temperature conditions. These vessels play a crucial role in storing, processing, and transporting substances in sectors such as chemical processing, oil and gas refining, power generation, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Available in different shapes and sizes, including cylindrical, spherical, and cylindrical with hemispherical ends, pressure vessels are meticulously designed, manufactured, and operated to adhere to stringent safety standards. Their construction and operation must meet rigorous regulatory requirements to ensure safety and prevent accidents.
A bullet tank or bullet vessel is a type of pressure vessel used for the storage and transportation of compressed gases or liquids. These tanks are cylindrical in shape with rounded ends, resembling the shape of a bullet, hence the name. They are commonly used in various industries such as oil and gas, petrochemical, and industrial manufacturing for storing substances like propane, butane, or other liquefied gases. Their compact size and cylindrical shape make them suitable for both aboveground and underground installations, offering efficient storage solutions for industrial applications.
