Project
Cà Mau Gas Processing Plant is a project to implement the policy on deep processing for an increase in the gas value, effective use of resources, and guarantee of national energy security. The project has a processing capacity of 6.2 million m3 of gas per day, with tankers having a capacity of 8,000 tons of LPG, 3,000 m3 of condensate, and the port system. The total investment level of the project is estimated at over 10 thousand billion VND, and the EPC package is valued at about 5,500 billion VND. When being put into operation, the Ca Mau GPP should provide for the market about 600 tons of LPG/ day (200,000 tons/ year), 35 tons of condensate/day (12,000 tons/ year), which is added for about 10% of the domestic demand market.
INTEGRATED SKID
Item | Fuel Gas Skid
A Fuel Gas Skid is a pre-assembled and modularized system designed for the efficient and safe handling of fuel gases, such as natural gas or propane, in industrial applications. These skids typically include components such as gas compressors, filters, heaters, pressure regulators, and control valves, all integrated onto a single skid-mounted unit. Fuel gas skids are engineered to optimize gas flow, ensure proper pressure regulation, and minimize the risk of gas leaks or accidents.
PROCESS VESSEL
Item | Heat Transfer Vessels
Heat Transfer Vessels, broadly known as heat exchangers, are essential devices designed to efficiently transfer thermal energy between two or more fluids without direct physical contact. Their primary function is to precisely heat, cool, condense, or evaporate process streams, playing a vital role in optimizing energy efficiency, recovering waste heat, and maintaining desired process temperatures. These indispensable components are fundamental across nearly all industrial sectors, including power generation, oil & gas, HVAC, chemical manufacturing, food & beverage, and pharmaceutical industries.
Heat Exchangers represent the foundational category of equipment specifically engineered to facilitate the transfer of thermal energy between process fluids. Their primary function encompasses a wide range of applications, including heating, cooling, condensing vapors, or evaporating liquids, all crucial for managing process temperatures, recovering energy, and maintaining operational stability. These versatile devices are universally employed in power plants, petroleum refineries, chemical processing facilities, and climate control systems, forming the backbone of thermal management.
Item | Separation Vessels
Separation Vessels are critical process equipment designed to divide components of a mixture into distinct streams based on their physical or chemical properties. Their primary function is to purify product streams, recover valuable components, remove unwanted impurities, or manage waste by achieving efficient phase separation. These essential units are found in virtually every segment of the chemical process industry, including oil & gas, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, water treatment, and environmental engineering, optimizing product quality and resource utilization.
Absorbers and Dryers are process vessels designed to remove specific components from a gas or liquid stream through absorption (where a component is selectively dissolved into a liquid solvent) or drying (where moisture/solvent is removed from a gas or solid). Their primary function is gas purification, product recovery, solvent removal, or moisture control. These critical units are utilized extensively in natural gas processing, chemical plants, air conditioning systems, food drying, and environmental control applications.
Scrubbers are process vessels that use a liquid absorbent to remove gaseous pollutants, particulate matter, or undesirable components from a gas stream. Their primary function is gas purification, air pollution control, or product recovery by dissolving, reacting, or physically capturing specific gases or particles into a scrubbing liquid. Widely used in chemical plants, power generation (flue gas desulfurization), waste incineration, and manufacturing facilities to control emissions.
Filter Vessels are essential process equipment containing a porous medium (e.g., mesh, fabric, cartridges) designed to physically remove suspended solids, particulates, or unwanted impurities from fluid streams. Their primary function is to clarify liquids, purify gases, or recover solid products, ensuring downstream equipment protection, product quality, and compliance with environmental standards. These critical units are indispensable across pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, water treatment, chemical manufacturing, and electronics production.
PIPING SYSTEM
Item | Process Piping
Process Piping forms the intricate circulatory system of any industrial facility, essential for transporting fluids, gases, and slurries between equipment. Unlike utility piping, industrial process piping is specifically designed for the contained materials and precise operating conditions (pressure, temperature, flow rates) critical to the manufacturing or chemical transformation process. These complex networks are indispensable across diverse sectors, including chemical plants, oil & gas refineries, power generation, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing.
