Cà Mau Gas Processing Plant is a project with a goal of implementing the policy on deep processing for increase of the gas value, effective use of resources and guarantee of national energy security. The project has a processing capacity of 6.2 million m3 of gas per day, the tankers with a capacity of 8,000 tons of LPG, 3,000 m3 of condensate and the port system. The total investment level of the project is estimated at over 10 thousand billion VND, and the EPC package is valued at about 5,500 billion VND. When being put into operation, the Cà Mau GPP should provide for the market about 600 tons LPG/ day (200,000 tons/ year), 35 tons of condensate/day (12,000 tons/ year) that is added for about 10% of the domestic demand market.

CNI’s integrated skids are fully integrated with end-to-end solutions. This ensures complying 100% with client process design. The skid can be customized and optimized to cater to clients’ aseptic process fluid handling applications. They are ideal for medium to high capacities. The integrated skid, also known as a skid-mounted package or module, is a prefabricated and pre-assembled unit designed to streamline the installation, operation, and maintenance of various equipment and systems in industrial settings. These skids typically consist of interconnected components, including pumps, valves, instruments, control systems, and piping, mounted on a sturdy steel frame or platform. They are commonly used in industries such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, power generation, and water treatment. These integrated skids offer numerous advantages, including reduced installation time and cost, improved system reliability, enhanced safety features, and simplified maintenance. At CNI, they are engineered to meet stringent standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring efficient and compliant operation across diverse industrial environments.
A fuel gas skid is a pre-assembled and modularized system designed for the efficient and safe handling of fuel gases, such as natural gas or propane, in industrial applications. These skids typically include components such as gas compressors, filters, heaters, pressure regulators, and control valves, all integrated onto a single skid-mounted unit. Fuel gas skids are engineered to optimize gas flow, ensure proper pressure regulation, and minimize the risk of gas leaks or accidents.
CNI provides process vessels tailored to accommodate a diverse array of design parameters, i.e. pressure, temperature, and fluid state variations, including gaseous, liquid, and multiphase (both corrosive and hazardous fluid). This comprehensive range ensures compatibility with various process plants. The process vessels, integral to industries such as petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and chemical manufacturing,…, are used in various industrial processes to hold, mix, or react with substances under specific conditions such as pressure, temperature, and chemical environment. Designed to meet precise specifications, process vessels come in different configurations, including reactors, columns, storage tanks, and distillation units. Our process vessels are constructed from materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, or exotic alloys, depending on the application requirements and the nature of the substances they handle. The process vessels then undergo rigorous testing, inspection, and certification to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
A scrubber is an essential component in air pollution control systems used to remove pollutants from industrial exhaust gases. It employs various techniques, such as wet scrubbing or dry scrubbing, to capture and neutralize harmful substances before they are released into the atmosphere. Scrubber vessels are designed to facilitate the interaction between the contaminated gas stream and a scrubbing solution, often consisting of water or chemical reagents, to effectively remove pollutants such as sulfur dioxide, particulate matter, and volatile organic compounds.
A heater is a specialized equipment used in industrial processes to heat fluids or gases to specific temperatures for various applications. These vessels are typically cylindrical in shape and can vary in size depending on the heating requirements of the process. Heater vessels are commonly used in industries such as petrochemicals, oil and gas, power generation, and food processing. They can utilize different heating methods including electric heating elements, steam coils, or direct-fired burners to achieve the desired temperature.
A filter is an essential component used in industrial filtration systems to remove impurities and contaminants from fluids or gases. These vessels are designed to house filter elements or media through which the fluid or gas passes, allowing particles to be captured and separated from the stream. Filter vessels come in various sizes and configurations to accommodate different flow rates, pressure requirements, and filtration applications.
