allnex Vietnam (formerly Nuplex Resins Vietnam Pty., Ltd.) was established in 1995 and is located in Biên Hòa Industrial Zone II, Đồng Nai province, Viet Nam. allnex was the first substantial domestic resins manufacturer for the coatings industry in Viet Nam. Having inherited the successful legacy of the whole organization and high investment in automation facilities, allnex Vietnam serves a wide range of coatings and their applications for paints, construction, ink, textile, and composites industries and makes an impact with its brand name in the markets.

PROCESS VESSEL

Condensers are crucial heat exchangers specifically engineered to cool a gas or vapor stream to its saturation temperature, causing it to undergo a phase change and condense into a liquid. Their primary function is to recover valuable vaporized products, remove unwanted volatile components, create a vacuum in process systems, or dissipate heat from refrigeration cycles. These essential devices are ubiquitous in refrigeration systems, power generation (steam turbines), and various chemical processes involving vapor recovery or cooling.

Heat Exchangers represent the foundational category of equipment specifically engineered to facilitate the transfer of thermal energy between process fluids. Their primary function encompasses a wide range of applications, including heating, cooling, condensing vapors, or evaporating liquids, all crucial for managing process temperatures, recovering energy, and maintaining operational stability. These versatile devices are universally employed in power plants, petroleum refineries, chemical processing facilities, and climate control systems, forming the backbone of thermal management.

Distillation Columns are tall, vertical process vessels that separate liquid mixtures into their individual components based on differences in their boiling points or volatilities. Their primary function is to achieve high-purity separation through successive vaporization and condensation stages within the column, enabling the recovery of valuable products or the purification of streams. These complex separation units are central to oil refineries, petrochemical plants, chemical manufacturing, and natural gas processing, forming the backbone of many industrial purification processes.
