CNI - CN CO., LTD. CNI Secures Process Vessel Contract for ECOVANCE High-Tech Biodegradable Materials Factory in Hải Phòng News

Hải Phòng, Viet Nam, June 2024 – CNI is proud to announce its latest venture as the chosen partner to design mechanical engineering, procure materials, and fabricate process vessel packages for the ECOVANCE high-tech biodegradable materials factory. This significant project includes the production of 33 process vessels and one stainless steel tower, marking a substantial step forward in sustainable manufacturing.

The ECOVANCE project is a groundbreaking initiative led by the SK Group, with a total initial investment of nearly 100 million USD. The investor, SK Group, has ambitious plans for the factory, with expectations to increase the total investment capital to nearly 500 million USD by 2030.

The ECOVANCE high-tech biodegradable materials factory aims to revolutionize the production of biodegradable plastic materials and related products. With a production scale designed to manufacture 70,000 tons of PBAT biodegradable plastic products annually, 59,500 tons of PBS biodegradable plastic products per year, and 6,300 tons of THF solvent byproduct generated during PBAT production, the project represents a significant leap towards sustainable materials.

CNI’s role in this project underscores our commitment to excellence and innovation in the field of sustainable manufacturing. We are excited to bring our expertise to this pioneering venture, contributing to the development of biodegradable materials that will have a lasting positive impact on the environment.

We look forward to collaborating with SK Group to successfully deliver the process vessel packages and support the ECOVANCE factory in achieving its production and sustainability goals. This project not only highlights CNI’s capabilities in handling large-scale industrial projects but also reinforces our dedication to supporting initiatives that promote environmental sustainability.
